What are your heart rate zones?? Running in zone 4 for most of the run would take me out 🫠

If you are getting into running it’s not abnormal… it’s just really hard on your body and would make the run kinda miserable bc you’re gasping for air the whole time. Staying in zone 3 will build your endurance and make you faster over time. And the run will be pleasant!
