This month, my training was completely different from the previous two months. Due to surgery, I had to stop training and avoid any movement that required physical effort. For at least 15 days, I had to remain completely still and be extremely careful not to affect my recovery. However, this didn't stop me from continuing to grow in breaking and learning. I took advantage of this time, when my body needed to rest, to train my mind and deepen my knowledge 🧠 so I could be fully prepared once I recovered. During these days, I analyzed videos of my previous training sessions, created a space to organize all the footage of the new moves I had developed, and used it to plan fresh rounds. I also watched documentaries that inspired me to stay strong and attended a local breaking event 🎥 to connect with my community, support the battles, and learn from the b-boys and b-girls competing.
