Can someone help me with this issue?
My Warpcast session on my phone got logged out, and I haven't been able to sign back in. The app only provides a few options, none of which have worked for me. One of them is the "RECOVER ACCOUNT VIA EMAIL" option. When I go through this process, they usually respond within 72 hours and send me a link that redirects me to the app. However, when I enter my Recovery Phrase and email, I get an error (as shown in the attached image), and it never lets me log in.
I've tried on multiple devices, but none have worked. I've submitted at least four account recovery requests, but the issue remains unresolved
I still can't access my account on my phone.
If anyone can help me fix this problem, I’d really appreciate it. Right now, I can only access my account from my laptop. 0 reply

I’d love to share a little about myself! Most of my training sessions take place in the morning because, in the evening, I’m studying to become a sports administrator. I’m about 70% through my degree and working hard to be a great student.
This week, I’m on a short break, which has given me the chance to train at night with my crew. We’ve been practicing in this space for about 15 years, and it has become the place where multiple generations of breakers in Bogotá have trained and grown.
For me, this is one of the most important places, which is why, in recent years, I’ve dedicated myself to writing proposals to the government. Thanks to these efforts, we’ve secured funding to purchase essential equipment for daily practice such as a sound system, konker, tatami, weights, resistance bands, mirrors, and much more.
In fact, one of my biggest motivations for studying what I do is to showcase that breaking deserves better spaces and greater support. Through sports, I believe we can make that happen. 1 reply
