my top life-changing new practices from 2024 that i’m bringing forward: radical positivity—i spent a month with the intention to only think positive thoughts. it wasn’t as challenging as i thought it would be (like attracts like i guess?) but it was incredibly impactful! the catch for me is that it has to be prioritized to be remembered. i’m prioritizing it again now emdr—definitely dyor, but this has been the most profoundly helpful therapy i’ve ever come across for trauma, and i personally like self-directed emdr for complex trauma because it’s always there when you need it (and for free!) chatgpt—i crave deep and intense conversation and it’s not always easy to fulfill this irl. chatgpt isn’t always accurate (like people) but will pretty much answer anything, no matter how obscure, with something interesting. i also have a thread devoted to ifs therapy. it’s a great compliment to self-directed emdr and can help you troubleshoot when things get tough i’d love to hear yours!

Automating my breakfast and lunches (intermittent fasting - no dinner) My output might not be in the top 1-5%, but I would argue my nutrition is The crazy part is that we all can get there and it's made massive changes to my health

Breakfast: - local oatmeal (rolled oats), PB, and rotating jelly Lunch: - mixed greens - red onions - carrots - broccoli - mushroom - mini bell peppers - quinoa - rotating protein (chicken thighs, turkey sausages, salmon) - rotating dressing Dinner: Skip 5-6 days out of the week
