looking back, some of my science teachers in HS were strange.

physics teacher threw a stapler at a kid once. ap chem teacher got extra funding for the lab portion of the class, but pocketed it instead of having us do the labs lol. got fired after this girl complained about how we were not doing labs (imo feature not bug but iwi).

so many teachers did messed up things when i was a kid

there was one in hs who used to play mr holland’s opus every single time we had a movie day, then later got fired after he became romantically obsessed with a student and wouldn’t leave her alone

in retrospect there were a lot of signs. you don’t even want to know 😩

hahaha. yeah for some things! i was so disillusioned and suspicious at a young age that i often realized. it was mostly creepy stuff though. like one teacher always wore track pants and would lean and rest his junk on the corner of your desk while talking to the class. why though 😭

this is horrible but i figured out at a young age that you could give these weird guys attention and get a better grade on everything

i feel like every kid has some strange teachers growing up but they often don't realize it until hindsight when they're well out of school lol

at least for me i'm like "you know...it was kind of fucked up that that happened"
