the notifications and red dots are the worst. i like to move apps around and hide them sometimes so i can’t mindlessly click but this seems even better

I seriously have noticed an effect on my mood and well being and my time mindlessly cycling apps it’s completely 0 now. It’s kinda wild how strong the colors and notifications control you.
