I live 15 minutes away from the city center in Vienna, and I like to go for walks in wealthy neighborhoods (Looking at beautiful mansions)

really really depends on your income and what you want do to for work

nyc → hustle culture central
la → everyone uses everyone
sf → tech & hippy culture
seattle → always raining, good if you're an introvert

you don't need to work in a big city, but helps for networking

and no idea about the time-to-work visa
