We're so close to nailing this down. I think the weak argument is "... it simply is a design preference for it not to be defined as a canonical element in the specification of the rollup."

Anyway this is probably the best rollup explainer I've seen so far, glad to see we're making some real improvement on nailing down definitons. Nice work @markodayan!
