@alexroytenberg recommended Circle's Mint (Circle Business offering) or Coinbase Institutional. I am now in the process waiting on Circle review since coinbase institutional isn't available for small businesses in Germany, might be for you. Else just create a totally seperate broker account with say coinbase for biz
