If you were BDFOWF, what would you have us work on? 

BDFOWF = benevolent dictator for one warpcast feature

(We're already working on uptime!)

Group chats are the big thing that are threatening to take me to another app – and since they’re not on protocol, another platform

Some things I’d explore:
- Pins
- Threads
- Jumpiness while scrolling
- Return to last seen message

Agreed that I wouldn’t leave Farcaster or even Warpcast – I’ll maybe just splinter the group chats to Telegram

Thoughts on viability of a FC-focused group chat app?

I don't think most people will switch public broadcast social networks because of messaging. Agree, they will be more likely to stick around because of messaging.

Messaging is downstream of the social graph.
