It seems like a fair compromise for companies that want to return to office I’m also just seeing more experiments around 4 day work weeks, and eventually it could be seen as a competitive perk

The window seems open. I love the office when I’m not coding. A white board & conference room is my happy place but I’m an old fart that wore a suit back in the day.
