Decentralizing too much and too soon not high ROI. Focus on the important thing (growth).

I saw someone else say this but I think the early focus on decentralization created buy-in from a lot of people (myself included) that is now credit in the bank for when you focus on Warpcast

Interested in social infrastructure | slowly building /firstdraft | markfishman.xyz

Agree, but a different path could have been an even higher quality product that grew faster and then we decentralized.

Moot point as we took the path we did. Now trying to solve the existential issue in 2024 which is growth.
