Merchants are the exploited class in the market network that is Credit Cards. Been seeing it a lot more often where merchants are offering cash discounts of up to 5% because that's how much they are being harmed by fees.

It’s getting bad for consumers too – starting to see a lot of “credit card surcharges” on bills that aren’t clearly stated on menu prices
