For those with full-time jobs: how do you schedule your time for other meetings and projects? Trying to find a good balance

wfh helps. evenings, weekends also. and having a job where outcomes matter more than face time or hours. Also accepting of the fact that I can’t do every side project I want and trying to be satisfied and happy with what Im able to make time for

Don’t balance just focus on doing one thing really well and go all in. Fomo will be real but it’s much more satisfying long-term. If you don’t feel going all-in maybe it’s a wrong opportunity.

I worked hard exclusively for 1 company for 21 years, sacrificed, worked long hours moved my family 3 times…then 9 months after a merger, poof I was no longer needed. Your allegiance is with you. As long as you get your work done, it makes no diff when you develop your other projects.
