If you always eat close to bedtime, give yourself a two-week challenge where you fast for at least four hours before sleep. Your morning self will thank your evening self.

What’s the difference between this and a fast after waking? I’ve experience with a 2~ hour fast before bedtime because I like to have a large dinner as it helps me relax before bed. Morning fast for me after sleep usually equates to more energy sustained thru the day
