Finally got a table big enough to accommodate 70x100 paper plus the plotter itself. I embedded magnets in the table to hold the paper and also attached a couple of rulers to help position the paper. I am finally ready to start plotting big.

Congratulations, that’s a real investment in your work. Size isn’t the same as quality, but some works need scale. Plotting time per piece and the ability to manage ink supply becomes a real consideration at that size, I’d imagine. 🫡

Thanks Marius! With the first large plot that I'm doing now, each color-pass is taking around 10 hours and I usually do 4 colors, so that's going to need some getting used to. I'm hoping that with the fountain pens I use, a full ink tank might be just about enough for a full pass; we'll see. The unexpected challenge is how much space the whole plotter setup is taking, since it's in my livingroom/bedroom and also the issue of moving around and storing the drawings. I should really get a flat file cabinet, but I've been broke since I got the plotter, so it'll have to wait 😅
