👨‍🌾 Reflecting on Gold and Skyoneer

Over the past year, I built @goldchain, a blockchain for fully onchain, social games, and @skyoneer, a space farming adventure. Our vision? To showcase what’s possible when gaming meets Web3. 🚀🎮

Skyoneer let players own their crops, trade them in liquidity pools, and interact with a system that ran without human interference.

We built a vibrant community of farmers and space cadets—especially on @farcaster —who shared our passion for the future of gaming. 🌾✨

Why the Ethereum Foundation?

Ethereum is more than just a blockchain—it’s a global movement. Its ecosystem is the largest in the space, powered by the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), enabling everything from DeFi to games to social apps. 🌐💻

As a founder, one of the biggest lessons I learned is that usability is key to onboarding more users.

Account & chain abstraction reduce friction and make Ethereum intuitive enough for everyone—even your "normie" friends 🙌

Joining the Ethereum Foundation feels like the natural next step.
This role allows me to channel everything I’ve learned into creating infrastructure that scales Ethereum to the next billion users. 🚀🌍

What’s next?

At the Ethereum Foundation, titles are just a rough guide. My role combines Product Management and Developer Relations—a natural fit when working on developer-centric projects like ERC-4337 and RIP-7560. 🛠️

Building at the Ethereum Foundation means contributing to a common good. It’s about nurturing the infinite garden: a thriving, decentralized ecosystem where everyone can build, create, and belong 🪴

However, maintaining infrastructure, growing adoption, and navigating an evolving crypto space forced tough decisions. Ultimately, we chose to close the chapter.

While it wasn’t the ending we envisioned, I’m proud of what we built and the risks we took. 💪
