push and trebor summed it up well, this was my first time having it tasted like a mix between damn good bacon (less crispy) and the best steak sandwich i’ve ever had - even tho it’s not steak it’s pork lol hard to describe but holy f it was 🔥

It’s not better, just different. Pancetta is just the belly of the pig, salted, spiced and seasoned. Bacon is a bit more parts of the pig and it has a different preparation method. But mainly use scenarios are different, I mean I can use pancetta for my hamburger but I will definitely go with bacon there💆🏻♂️
