That’s literally all I’ve done and I’m going to cross 5k followers today before my 2month anniversary here. 

I’m building a personal brand on just being nice, trying to help others, and listening to the little guy. It seems to be working so far. 🤷‍♂️

I think that approach is really smart. You might grow followers slower but the value of your engagements will be that much better.

That's IT! I made it my mission to only gain followers through organic engagement because I wanted to know the people I'm talking to and care about them and what we are building together. While engagement farming has a place, its also for a different kind of group of followers. Everyone should do what feels right!
