Video and longer casts are both examples of stuff people ask for and then don't use very often. 

Ultimately both were worth adding, but stated vs. revealed preference strikes again.

Maybe I’m just verbose, but I find myself using longer casts almost daily.

And I share videos daily as well.

Just having the options increases the diversity of the type of content available.

I agree. Also some people are more video focused than others and it would be unfair to exclude them as content creators on default.
