How do you decide when to say no to something? Is it tough for you, or does it help you stay focused and get shit done?

I am a people pleaser and I have always struggled to advocate for myself. Learning to say No has been a really powerful way to take back my time.

My ability to say no has developed from getting burned by saying yes to the wrong person or project.
