Increase the percentage of users who are allowed to earn badges. Isn't it like 5% of DAU? Could we try 10% maybe?

It would double the current amount of spam for power badge users with priority mode turned on, which in my experience, is very little.

Math is wrong. If you add 2000 more people and a high % are spam, then you're massively increasing the % of spammy people you'll see.

I'm not sure on how the math is wrong here. 

As a power badge user with priority mode turned on, I see almost 0 spam. Double almost 0 spam, is still almost 0 spam.

Going from 4k to 6k badges is that big of an increase in spam?

Is the % of power badge holders tied to DAU?

For example, if DAU goes up 10%, do PB o holders increase also and vica versa?
