No crypto native person should have to ask how to set up a blog ever again. Farcaster is a cryptographically notarized microblogging protocol that is permissionless, censorship resistant, and decentralized. Anyone should be able to spend $100 of ETH and be confident that their posts will be available for decades. No DNS, registrar, or platform required. Farcaster can be the default place to post if you want to be sure your posts will be available no matter what happens to you, or today’s dominant corporate networks.

But is it really $100 in eth if you continue to use the platform? I'm already spending ungodly amounts of money (for social media) to preserve my oldest casts. Im honestly going to have to make some decisions about it though as I can't go on paying $5 every few days for more storage. Granted, I am a power user.

It’s a bit cheaper if you use caststorage.com
