❗️Channel Moderation ❗️ The /success channel has come a long way in 81 days. What started as a small community of my biggest supporters has grown into the highest earning hypersub over the last 30 days. With that growth, there have been some challenges. One of those challenges is how to effectively moderate and govern the channel. Frankly speaking, there is too much low effort content on the main page. When someone lands on the success channel, I want them to be greeted by content that they can’t find anywhere else on Warpcast. In an effort to improve the quality of content in the /success channel, I have appointed 10 moderators to help me. They have 2 tools currently - hide and curate. Hide: Removes a cast from the main feed, leaving it only in the recent feed Curate: Adds a cast from the recent feed to the main feed. All of the moderators are strong community members and contributors who have the best interest of the channel in mind. They will remain anonymous for better objectivity.

Congrats Maretus on the accomplishments. I haven't been following /success much, but I always see frens from my circle be active and strive here. I probably ought to get my act together, but maybe will come back when I have some success stories to share. More power to you and your crew.

Love this. I can easily see the channel starting to fill with cheesy, low effort content. Doesn’t even have to be low word count, I see a lot of posts that are a good length but the content itself is just words that fit the theme of channel. Would be great to come to this channel to seek and provide advice for things we are working on, or life advice or to genuinely connect. As someone who spends literally maybe 5 mins a day on Warpcast (for now), I want this channel to be my go to, but I want to see the low effort engagement farm type stuff sink to the bottom. This sounds like the perfect start to moving in that direction. Awesome work

All in good faith for the bettegr,!!! i dont know bro but this judging of content and classifying it into low or high effort is something i will always be confused about!! how do you judge low effort. someone who has 3 hours only to attend to warpcast and he does a n effor to cast, i would still call it high effort put. i mean its just my 2 cents i can be completly wrong too!!!

So default is main feed for Hypersub members and low quality content will be hidden from it? This seems good, people always tend to abuse with spam content when they are sure to get in the main feed whatever they post, it happens in every channel 500 $farther

This’ll be interesting to see how anon moderation works out. Ultimately great that you’re willing to try something new IMO. Personally I’d hope for very light moderation but I guess this still will raise questions like is this sufficiently decentralised and the dilemma of removing casts from the main feed that have paid for. Any way, one way to find out. Here to support the success fam. 🤝

It's nice to see this being addressed. Ngl, I've clicked 'see less' on so many giveaways and engagement farming casts that I've mostly stopped seeing content from here.
