Todays /success topic of the day: What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded? I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO. What do you think?

Tha fact that people believe failure is something to be avoided at all costs, whereas failure is one of the most powerful tools for learning and improvement
