Allowance system is changing again. Who in the community are the DEGEN team listening to? Almost everyone I’ve talked to really likes the new allowance system. It’s not a good look to continue changing things so rapidly. It gives me major “we’re trying to fix the current downtrend in price” vibes. Did we really even give the new @openrank allowance system enough time to cook before deciding to try something else?

IMO. I think they do it quick asap, before things went worse. The declining price of $Degen itself is the reflection of disappointment from the community itself.

Anytime a dev worries about price, I worry about the project. Devs that focus on price almost always make poor decisions for the project in the long run.

This is correct. And this population will /stay/ disappointed because they were, by and large, shitty tippers who don't deserve a single cent lol Bad culture is cleansed with blood.

maybe not the price that they concerning, but the longevity of the project. I have no idea what the ideal point of the sudden algorithm change by Jacek. My point is the declining price of the degen itself is the reflection of disappointment of the community itself, due to bad decision made by dev especially this season.
