My crypto thesis remains the same: execution & incentive design wins. With tools like Conduit, Thirdweb, etc. -- launching a new protocol is getting easier by the minute.

Other than your clout/industry network, your best bet is to have the most killer execution and create products that crypto natives want to use. We've seen this being done by: Blur -> NFT marketplace Blast -> L2 yield Whalesmarket -> points Ethena -> stablecoin yield EigenLayer -> extending ETH security

Anything that (i) facilitates value transfer and (ii) expands capital efficiency will get bid in crypto. Once you find PMF, engineer the proper incentive design whether on the marketing level (see: Blast), or tokenomics level (see: Curve).

Lock your users by rewarding liquidity and loyalty, making them a part of your protocol. Take risks with your tokenomics, charge fees to get net revenue, experiment with buybacks/revshare, etc.
