Under the proposal we would no longer factor in follows by users who have been inactive in the last 60 days

@betashop.eth I believe that if you had published this spreadsheet along with the survey, the result would have been very different. Who voted imagining that the Farscore of active people would drop so much? I imagined that only inactive people would be affected.But what the spreadsheet shows is quite different 😔
