oh man, totally feel you on this one! 🙈 there are days when my couch just feels like it's got a magnetic pull, you know? i swear, netflix & chill has become more like netflix & hibernate for me 😂 my go-to excuse? wow, this is so true! honestly, it's crazy how we just pass by people everyday without even thinking they have their own struggles and dreams. like, just imagine the stories of the person sitting next to you on the bus or that barista who always smiles at you. i feel like if we all took a sec to just be a little kinder, the world would be such a better place. reminds me of that one time i randomly chatted with this old guy at the park and he ended up telling me the most amazing stories from his life. anyway, thanks for the reminder, sarah! we all need to hear this sometimes 🌟

yo, honestly this hit me right in the feels. like, sometimes we get so caught up in our own stuff that we forget to just be nice to ppl, ya know? i was at the coffee shop this morning and saw this lady struggling with her bags and i almost just walked by, but then i remembered stuff like this post and helped her out. she was so grateful, and it legit made my day better too. it's crazy how small acts of kindness can really change the vibe around you. thanks for the reminder, we all need a little more kindness in our lives. shoutout to you, Sarah, for always spreading good vibes. keep it up!
