Help needed!

I decided to make this cast on a smaller channel to find out if narrowcasting works for me (I had already 3 missed attempts)

Please comment if you see this cast BUT are NOT following this channel.

Anyone else having issues with the new narrowcasting feature not working as intended? Tried as well, and everyone could see the cast even if not a channel follower.
