Around 4 months now of zero processed sugar treats/sweets and only the odd gram or 2 that sneak in through a savoury dish. Every once in a while my wife makes some homemade ice cream with no sugar (we use vanilla, peanut butter or fruits for flavor) and it does the trick for me! Iโ€™m gonna keep the (almost) no sugar life going for the foreseeable future!

Hahaha, just a tiny bit jealous, but not too much. I have a Skor and Caramilk bar both sitting in the drawer beside me at my desk where theyโ€™ve stayed uneaten for all these months. Hopefully I wonโ€™t crack! Definitely, I shed about 10 lbs without really changing my activity level and less bloating after meals mostly. My mind feels better too, and Iโ€™d say Iโ€™m less fatigued overall. I took on this challenge as my last blood work came back as pre diabetic, so even though Iโ€™m in good shape it was a wake up call to make some changes. 33 $degen
