Around 4 months now of zero processed sugar treats/sweets and only the odd gram or 2 that sneak in through a savoury dish. Every once in a while my wife makes some homemade ice cream with no sugar (we use vanilla, peanut butter or fruits for flavor) and it does the trick for me! I’m gonna keep the (almost) no sugar life going for the foreseeable future!

Hahaha, just a tiny bit jealous, but not too much. I have a Skor and Caramilk bar both sitting in the drawer beside me at my desk where they’ve stayed uneaten for all these months. Hopefully I won’t crack! Definitely, I shed about 10 lbs without really changing my activity level and less bloating after meals mostly. My mind feels better too, and I’d say I’m less fatigued overall. I took on this challenge as my last blood work came back as pre diabetic, so even though I’m in good shape it was a wake up call to make some changes. 33 $degen

I think this response was what I needed to restart my clean eating habits ~ so thank you for that and I will be back. My bloodwork also came back as pre-diabetic which is now that it sinks in quite concerning… I truly believe however that fruits and raw foods wouldn’t have that negative effect processed foods have on the system, so will be giving that a try and see what my blood works say after that change… The easiest to stop those cravings was for me to fast and ease into a new eating regiment.
