You won’t get things right the first time, and that’s okay. It’ll take hundreds, if not thousands, of attempts before everything is perfect. But here’s why focus is crucial. If you’re trying to achieve many things at once, you’re millions of attempts away from great.

@vivcheung this is kind of how I think about approaching biz dev and what we were talking about. Everything comes down to practice. A good growth strategy comes from understanding your target, and where they “live” and how they “behave”. The only way to understand that is make an attempt and adjust based on the feedback. It’s the same as everything else when starting something from scratch.
