What would you add to this list?

Basic functionality
- Rotate to horizontal
- Add speed controls 1.5x / 2x
- Improve timeline scrubber

Bugs
- Video will continue playing sound after closing video and scrolling
- Auto-play video will stop background music app in

Increase access
- Figure out a way to give non-power badge users video upload ability

Nice to have / lower priority
- Mini-player, i.e. watch while scrolling
- Display the cast context underneath the video

- speed controls !!
- sometimes on mobile when i click a video, it starts playing audio in the background but I have to press it a 2nd time to actually launch the video full screen. similar to the first point you outlined under bugs

What’s the max length video you’d watch?

Ah interesting. I feel that way too actually. Videos at 1x feel slow motion. If there was a max length before people get bored, I’d try to keep future updates to that. Maybe <30 seconds. 

For the next one, I’ll try editing it and uploading it at 1.5x

It’s more about speed than length. 1x speed on most talking clips just sounds sluggish to me at this point so I leave

My feedback is more for Warpcast than you - generally I’m a fan of video updates!
