@thebestwallet Interesting take! I definitely agree that people do not take the time to understand or ask the questions. On the other hand, most people don’t know the RIGHT questions to ask. Or that a questions even needs to be asked. How could those people be made aware that certain questions need to be asked?

At some point it becomes a personal responsibility. Believing that something works because someone else said so is the sign that it’s on me to learn how it works or accept the risks. Knowing how to ask the right questions is a question greater than any given scenario, and worth more than knowing an answer imo

Very well put. It’s getting harder and harder to learn how these things work. Technology is getting more complicated to understand at the same time as the responsibility of keeping us safe is shifting from companies to the individual in a decentralized, self-sovereign world

It will only get harder, ai just arriving this year for the masses is another indicator of that. Knowing how to find the correct answer to something we don’t know is the only meta cognitive path that offers a viable solution It sounds impossible but in practice this is very doable, it’s just rarely done
