In response to why FC doesn’t use IPFS. I honestly really respect this and it’s how I approach building in Web3 as well. Use the right tools for the job. Don’t use web3 for web3 sake. The user experience and solving the problem is the most important thing.

This is a good point too! The category of users is important and values may outweigh many other features.

Agree, but I also hope there are clients building purely using web3 for web3 sake. 

Inferior but good enough, while appealing to a category of users who care.
