Are there any restrictions for the type of company? I thought when fairmint first launched, it was only for token launches? I could be wrong though

Our bread and butter is US C Corporation but as we support custom legal agreements, it can potentially be used by other type of companies as well.

Fairmint has always been about selling equity (in the form of tokens sure, but equity only). We never did token launches :)
