That’s what I’m using now to jot down quick ideas, but they rarely make it into a more organized space. All levels of priority are mixed in lol it’s a mess

Notion Kanban board 

Low middle high priority then doing and done

Gitlab Issues + Milestones for organization

assign weights to priorities and set deadlines on issues + milestones that contain multiple issues

Does that still work well for solo founders or is more for teams
