If she’s your server leave her a NICE tip for starters.. You’ll get her attention + She’ll likely remember you. Then go to that restaurant semi-regularly.. ask to sit in her section.. and go from there. (but don’t be a creep) Good luck!

Hosts usually get promoted to servers so once she’s promoted go with what I originally recommended.. But until then, whenever you drop by and she’s there, be friendly.. ask her what’s new/ good on the menu.. what her recommendations are.. small talk.. little by little..
