What are best practices for making use of a large amount of stablecoins? Eg received as part of a VC investment. Ideally Iād like to minimize fees. Open to not only off-ramps but also other applications that can convert stablecoin into [other thing].

If you want to use those stablecoins, I encourage you to check inverse finance, they have been doing a lot grass roots finance tools.
