If you wanted to create a program that incentivizes scouts and people contributing to projects in your portfolio, how would you do it? Best answers get šŸŽ©

I'd focus on real incentive alignment aka equity or token rewards mixed with a gamification component to make it fun, engaging, and transferable so others can see your skills. I'd also make it so each time people contribute there is a multiplying reward factor to keep people engaged longer

A finders fee(or predetermined %) depending on the outcome of the investment (there'd need to be some kind of trust involved). It'd need to come with a thorough research. I'm building a few investment portfolios with different timelines and risks exposure, that's how I'd reward good work and time spent researching.
