Attended my first Burger League of New York event last night at Au Cheval, definitely a top 5 burger.

Shoutout to the Blackbird team for the custom Chef’s Jacket (not pictured) as well — my girlfriend used to be a chef and she thought that was a really cute touch to the whole experience 🙂

I usually love a good crunch to my bacon, but this was the softest, zero-crunch, teeth cut through like butter bacon, and it was perfect for the burger 🤤
