@jacek and team, please remember your roots and what helped you build such a strong community around DEGEN. Engage with the builders and active users instead of relying on feedback from just a few posts in the timeframe of 3 days. If you don't have the time to be here frequently, arrange a group that can provide ongoing feedback. Avoid shouting out decisions at the same time a dump is happening as this can send the wrong message, especially if they can be related somehow, even if it wasn't your intent. Lets see what they are preparing, but tbh Im scared! Im not extreamly happy with how allowance works now but at least is about numbers, hope they see the people that were here since the beginning

The current system rewards those who provide quality answers and network with others, strengthening the network. If the metric shifts to "who stakes more," it will become a whale game, pushing quality casters to the sidelines.

definitely no bueno. If this change to something that its not based on the activity or good casts we are done… I can stake all my degen but is that the way we want to do it? Last time they reduced the allowance so much to try to pump the price and we know how it ended

farming improved with openrank, giving „good accounts“ more allowance but it‘s also disincentivized newcomers. it’s a good idea to use economic stake TOO cause we shouldn’t be elite-heavy, finance engagement farmers & projects that only use $Degen to extract value but all & especially new contributors.

Thiught about this more. Can we fix culture of tipping or do we need help from professional tippers per channels or do we need an incentive aligner such as max tips among people, max tips received per cast, max tips for people who get large tips every day? https://warpcast.com/juli/0x9fc3e631

I get your points and you are absolutly right! But do you think that have to buy more degen will help to have more newcomers? I have no problem with that because Im buying daily lately, but not sure how it will impact with new comers. Im only thinking out loud, Im not an expert like @mrrevix.eth ahahha but I only want the most people happy as possible

We can‘t let value flow out of the Degen economy forever. Buy/Hold Degen to allocate Degen is the only fair option long-term. Newcomers should be able to join the allocation game, benefit from holding $degen and receive $degen tips if they create good content/Apps - which they can use to allocate tips!
