Elon Musk has repeatedly failed to comply with Supreme Court decisions, so he decided to close X's offices in Brazil. According to Brazilian law, in order to operate on national soil, one must have a designated representative. The Supreme Court determined that X's representative in Brazil be designated within 24 hours. As they failed to comply, they were blocked again.
