I think the disconnection can also be within ourselves too — for example, a persons mental experience may not be connected to their physical or emotional.

and IMO, therapy/wholeness work is just trying to reconnect all these internal pieces so that you can connect with the outside world properly.

Yes! Fair assumption.

It’s so human to over complicate the source of what ails us. But the root of so much suffering is our disconnection from other humans and, more broadly, the natural world.
