not really, but i take care of it. bc a doctor told me that i have an unstable one so now Im just helping it to be stable.

work out 4-5 times a week + hamam with iced cold water (when you swim into cold water 95% of cortisol secreted in a day is burned and that's why then everything seems fine even if there are a lot of problems)
