we often think that, “oh, look at all this stuff that I should do/be. I am so stressed” when actually, it’s the “should” that’s stressing you, not all the stuff.

you can dissolve a “should” by showing it compassion. and when the should becomes “okay” to you, when you stop fighting it, when it becomes not wrong, then you have space to be yourself.
