How is this different from other schisms resulting in divergent chip architecture (Intel vs. Nvidia) or cloud vs. node compute architecture (Google vs. Apple)?

Just my guess Those are quite trivial differences, in terms of impact on humanity The AI schism is like communism vs democracy, it could shape the future for the planet Not to mention the risks with AGI and the potential for an extinction level event The transition to Cloud was never going to kill anyone lol
