I didn't know there was a daily cap. I sent out a lot more than 1000 warps today. 

Trying to incentivize good cast authors in /dev

Its possible but the 1000 warp cap per day makes it a bit ugly. I'd have to create a bunch of automod messenger accounts and route warps through them.

How come you want to do this?

Warps need to be unshackled or have a offramp (even if kyc'd).
