with neynar api u could control a signer and do actions like follow 10 users or cast and mention a user. im mostly thinking about suggested follow recommendations and connecting two people for cold conversation by mutual interests that could be based on a simple survey or other something more complex

That's a good point. Let me build a handy API to verify the signature. It'll just be a proxy but won't require a special hub integration.
